Policy Term:
- Purchase at Longdan's website, redeemable only at any Longdan in-store.
- E-Gift cards can't be purchased together with retail & bulk products.
- Non-redeemable for cash.
- Not applicable for bulk orders.
- Not divisible for multiple uses.
- Each gift card code is for one-time use only.
- Applicable for exchanges only, not eligible for returns.
- Once you get the email, you can use the code for your chosen gift card type to shop.
- There will be no refund for any remaining balance if the order value is less than the value of the E-gift card.
Activation:
- Provide the barcode E-Gift card code to the cashier at any Longdan stores.
- Maximum of 10 E-Gift Cards per order. For quantities exceeding this limit, kindly contact Customer Services at [email protected] for swift assistance.
Security and Use of Your E-Gift Card:
- Once you receive the email, it's essential to keep your E-Gift card secure. Only share it with in-store cashiers and online advisors.
- The email will be sent to the email address you registered when purchasing the E-Gift card.
- The email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time you complete your order.
