Turnaround time

Any rush orders will be made and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order. We aim to get your order made and sent ASAP and will aim to send on the quicker side of this promise.

Post

Rush order is a fee we charge to pull your order from our normal production and hurry it through the end to end process so we can dispatch it faster. If you want the postie to deliver it faster we highly recommend choosing express post at check out.  

Changes

Once a rush order is placed no changes can be made - including shipping options - as this will slow down the rush service.
